I'm posting because I'm on a mission, and I need your help. I'm a filmmaker in North Carolina and last year our production company lost financial backing because the investor was afraid of the controversial content.
After trying all of the legitimate ways of getting an independent film made, my friends and I have hatched a hair brained scheme. We decided to take the grassroots approach, so we're asking for a dollar from anyone that wants to see our film made. In return we'll thank every single person by name in the film.
